Return Authorization

Please do not send returns to Ulric Electrical as we will return them to you at your expense.

Returns should be sent to the address of the relavent manufacturer, with the return authorization number displayed prominently on the box and the return completed return form inside the box. To obtain a return authorization number and form please contact our returns department on 01508 536018 or email returns@ulricelectrical.co.uk

Returns should be shipped in a safe and secure fashion, and we suggest you insure them. We will not be responsible for damage suffered during shipping.
