If however you have a warranty issue please see below: Equipment that fails under normal operating conditions while under warranty Your equipment is subject to the original manufacturer's warranty. The terms of warranties vary by manufacturer and the terms and conditions are included with the manufacturer's documentation. You should familiarize yourself with your warranty when you receive the equipment. You should deal directly with the manufacturer for repair or replacement at the manufacturer's discretion. If you do not have the manufacturer's details please refer to the list below or email us. Repairs and replacements under warranty are executed according to the manufacturer's policies. We are not responsible for the amount of time that it takes for a manufacturer to repair or replace an item. You are responsible for all shipping charges for the return of equipment under warranty. All warranties are strictly return to base at your cost. Equipment that fails outside of the warranty period or is damaged If your equipment is defective when you receive it, we will replace it. You must notify us within 24 hours of receipt that the equipment is defective. We must receive the equipment within 5 days of the date a return authorization is issued. We are not responsible under any circumstances for damage caused by the customer or others. The return policy is implemented at our discretion. We can refuse to issue credit to anyone who does not meet our conditions. Return Authorization Please do not send returns to Ulric Electrical as we will return them to you at your expense. Returns should be sent to the address of the relavent manufacturer, with the return authorization number displayed prominently on the box. You should also complete a returns form, complete it and send the completed form ins Returns should be shipped in a safe and secure fashion, and we suggest you insure them. We will not be responsible for damage suffered during shipping. Equipment that is defective upon receipt If your equipment is defective when you receive it, we will replace it.
